Sunday Thoughts 💭

Quiet Desperation      Holding on to each and every breath, waiting for a moment. Praying for a day, that never truly comes.      The lives of the men who came before me, constantly living in a world of despair. From daily interactions, to the simply milestones of life- an act so simple, yet dark in nature. The very thought of a moment, where a breakthrough finally occurs. And yet- it never happens.      Praying for a miracle leads most men desperate. They live their lives, believing that their faith will be rewarded. Stumbling, day after day, hoping that our Creator will bless them with abundance, as the tides of fortune finally turn their direction. So long they pray, until finally- their days become no more.      A never-ending cycle of desperation. Where belief has scarred over into complacency. A pipe dream of a world in which they live in, slowly fades into he shadows forever again.      How many of ...

Days of Future Past ⏳

Time Travel.      One of the most interesting things I’ve ever read about, is Time-Travel. Not the loopy, “Back To The Future” type stuff. I’m talking more about the idea within itself. The thought of manipulating time, so that man can control it. That man can be in charge of his own destiny. That even the final enemy, will bend towards his will.      What I found so fascinating about it, is more about how we as a species used to think about it in the past. How we used to ponder the questions of the Universe, well before we even had an idea of it being true.      The story of Gilgamesh comes to mind. I believe, within his tale of heroics, the great Gilgamesh speaks of time travel as well. Of being able to manipulate the very substance we find ourselves swimming within, and controlling the outcome of tomorrow. How a story so old, from so many millenniums ago, deals with this- is beyond me.           What st...

The Silent Blade 🗡️

One Day At A Time.      One day at a time. No need to rush the process. One day, we will all look back and realize just how fortunate we were. We’ll look back and realize that the time we spent wishing for something else, was the actual time we should have been present within all along.      Soon, the tides will turn. Soon, the world in which we grew up in and learned how to navigate, will cease to exist. Change is inevitable. The coming conflicts, cannot be stopped. The future has already been determined, by those who seek to rule. I wish I was powerful enough to stop it, however I have failed. I have failed at almost everything I have ever started. Failure is what continues to follow me. Regardless, I will rise and try again. All it takes is one victory, to change the world forever.      Understanding what is going on right now is half the battle. We are living through the greatest psychological operation in all of human history. Nev...

Monday Thoughts 💭

Is it worse to have loved and then lost, or to have never loved at all?      I’m still haunted by your face in my dreams. Even last night, you visited me. Walking down the street, crossing paths. I keep on calling out to you, but for some reason you can never hear me from across the road. I guess my voice just gets lost in the wind. No matter how hard I try to reach you, you just don’t seem to receive the message. Maybe thats the omen, maybe thats the sign. Maybe I should just learn from it, and move on from these visions. If only it were that simple. To sleep has become my peace, my crutch. Sleeping allows me to be with you, to spend our time together. Even if it’s just by crossing the street and calling out your name- I’ll take it. Any moment with you beats a lifetime without. What a vicious cycle. It still baffles me that men used to go to war for their women. The entire Trojan War was fought over the beauty of a single woman. Yet here I sit, writing about you...
