Haiti has Fallen. Some of the videos and images being released on the web are sheer insanity. Evil beyond comprehension. Every single week, more and more dominoes continue to fall. I’ve never been to Haiti. Honestly, can’t say it was ever on my list to begin with. However, I always thought of it as interesting because of the French connection. An entire island nation, speaking French because of France, hundreds of years ago. My only real knowledge or idea of Haiti stems from the James Bond Movie: Quantum of Solace. In the film, they spend a bit of time on the island, showing the viewer just what it looks like. What stands out the most for me, when watching these Haiti videos, in that we here in the West aren’t that far away from it. That we hear, in our nice houses and fancy cars, are headed on a path towards the same outcome. We are dangerously close in succeeding, joining the rogue nation as yet another failed state. I...
