Money Has Corrupted Our Soul. Money has created a new system where people no longer understand life. They no longer understand how things work, or what must be done. They no longer respect or understand the tremendous sacrifices and violence it took in order for us to live in a relatively peaceful world. No world is perfect. No time is harmonious. However, make no mistake, we as a society in whole- especially here in the West- have been living in a golden age. ✶ The golden age has been going on for some time now. If I had to pinpoint it, I’d probably say since the end of World War II. After the war, all the men returned to their families, and celebrated life the only way we as humans know how to- Sex. At least, those who did return home. Millions upon millions of souls were lost in the battles. Regardless, as with any time period in the world- tremendous violence leads to unfathomable prosperity.
