Wise Men Say- Only Fools Rush In. But I can’t help, falling in love with you. Had that stuck in my head this morning. No clue why. Can’t say I’m anywhere close to rushing in to anything at this point. However, I still find it to be one of the better songs I know. Music and art have taken such a turn for the worse. Everything today is made with the goal of simply being bought and mass-consumed, to market and sell a product which holds zero emotional importance. It has been completely hijacked to nothing more than a game of numbers- be it on the billboard or in the bank account. The entire arts industry is at one of the worse crossroads of all-time. Which is a direst reflection of the society we currently live in. We live in a period where arts and culture are dying. Slowly but surely, everything is beginning to fall apart.
