  Animal Farm      Everywhere you look- animals. Farm creatures, being forced to follow the crowd. Rushing around, chasing after something they can’t see. Believing in a lie they cannot fully comprehend. The idea that there lies something, at the end of the journey, waiting to all be worth it in the end.        And the masses follow it, without hesitation.        These animals are forced to run at such high-speeds. They’re taught to never slow down, never question it. To simply move forward and chase after whatever lies ahead. A new house. A new car. A new job. A new salary. Soon, the very animal is indoctrinated into nothing more than a domesticated beast. A wolf, turned into nothing more than a fluffy puppy that wags its tail and begs. The very nature of humanity, transformed into nothing more than a disease.      Perhaps calling them animals would be inaccurate, in the bigger picture. Perhaps, another word bes...

  The Heat of The Moment.      Feel the sweat roll down your back. The heat of it all, pulling across your skin. The very existence of yourself, slowly curling up at the weight of the world from within. The heat of the moment, ready to attack and conquer your every sin.      Sometimes jumping right in is the only way to truly accomplish it. Overthinking never leads to anything worthwhile. The ability to simply act upon impulse, can be useful. The irony, however, is always taking your time before acting upon it. The constant back and forth between the mind and the heart, in an ever-enduring battle of the wits.      Thinking too much is a disease. That much, I am certain. One can sit there and think themselves to death, as they continuously evaluate every single angle. Overthinking, over worrying. Over everything, with nothing to show. The ability to simply ignore all that there is around you, and dive in with both feet, is a gift. To know...

  Blood in the Water.      An enemy can sense weakness. Much like a dog can sense fear. It is a survival instinct, which has been programmed within them for thousands of years. The ability to look into the eyes of their prey, and see that deep down- they are afraid.      Whether we like to admit it or not, at the end of the day we are animals. We are the same as every other species which roams this Earth. Obviously, we have a ton of characteristics which have allowed us to separate from the animal kingdom, and claim our place atop the food chain. We have intelligence beyond measure, thanks to Divine intervention. Yet still, the fact remains the same- we are animals.      Getting in touch with ones animal side is a net positive. Understanding what it is that makes us tick, can only help us in the long run. We creatures have certain attributes which are baked into our DNA. Survival is probably the most relevant.
