  What If …?      We have reached yet another turning point in World History and Geopolitical relations. Everyday, we seem to be veering towards a guaranteed conflict. The question has no longer become a matter of if, but simply- when?      To build a new world, one must first tear the old one down. This is a theory which has been executed countless times, throughout history. When first observing the Napoleonic Wars, in the 1800’s, we quickly see a determined man venture across Europe and conquer the Motherland. This incredible act of determination and will essentially dismantles the European continent, and reshapes its borders, laws, regulations and powers. The entire continent shifts, and from the ashes of the rise and fall of the French Caesar, a new world is born.      The same can be seen from World War I & II.   The Future of Optimism        Peter Thiel talks about the future, and the optimistic or pessimistic view each group holds, in his book Zero to One. It’s an incredible way to view and understand the world, in a light which we often miss when living within our homeland.        The idea that each country, and by extension its people, view the future with a different lens, is unique. Although it may seem sheltered, most individuals seem to not differentiate between how each region has a different opinion on what lays ahead for humanity. Growing up in Canada, I’ve always simply believed that the world held similar beliefs or goals towards what they wished to accomplish in the not-so-distant future. About how we all wish to achieve abundance and wealth, through medicine and technology, to build a better world.   Build A Better World.      Be the change you wish to see. We live in a time, where here in the West, destruction is the name of the game. The destruction of the family unit. The destruction of national identity. The destruction of the very charter of rights which our ancestors fought and died for us to have. Everywhere you turn, what once stood proud, is slowly being torn apart.      The conservation of these items is a futile battle. The attempt to stop the individuals in question, who seek to destroy what it is we as a people have built, is useless. Much like a wild fire, struck ablaze in the middle of the forest- the flames cannot be stopped once the tress have been engulfed. The fierceness and intensity of the destruction cannot be contained.   Why Do We Allow Ourselves To Be Ruled?      Why do we simply sit back, and allow foreign powers, to dictate our way of life? Why is it that we, the strongest nation and strongest people in the world, allow parasites to enter our system, and eventually run the show? How is it that a group of humans, which conquered the world, have been reduced to nothing more than slaves?      History will not be kind to us. When our children, and theirs after, look back upon our story- they will be ashamed. Ashamed, of the weakness we have displayed. Ashamed, that we simply sat back and allowed ourselves to become reduced to nothingness. Disgusted, that we sat here, aware of the situation, and yet did nothing to even push back.      The greatest issue with history, is that you always spend your time looking backwards.   Ghosts      I continue to be haunted by ghosts from a life I once knew. A life, which hardly can be recognized by the world in which I currently reside within. Individuals from a past, that no longer recognize me. A world, which continues to send its messengers to haunt me, even to this day.      I often wish I could understand the purpose of these visits. To grasp what it is I need to take away, from each encounter. Is there something left over from a previous life, that I’ve yet to handle? Or are these visits meant for me to take action, and create a bridge between then and now? Am I meant to move forward and chase these visitors? Or are they simply here to haunt me, plunging me further and further into the depths of chaos?        The knowledge of another world continues to slip through my hands.   Age of Imagination.      The Age of Imagination is quickly descending upon us. The time for those who are creative to succeed, is quickly arriving day-by-day. Don’t Believe me? Start paying attention. The world is in dire lack of creativity and thinking outside of the box.      One of the more interesting concepts that I am currently looking into is the development of programming. Coding has been around for years, and through it, we have achieved tremendous progress with computers and technology. Our ability to create new platforms, new applications, new software services, has sky-rocketed. In fact, now more than ever, we are being assisted by codes and programming which has been developed within the pat 20 years.      The challenge? Most people do not know how to code. Most people barely even understand it in the first place. They simply consume whatever product is mass-produced, and think very little of the rest.      ...
