 No One Cares, Until You Win.

    No one. Nobody. Nothing.

    It’s a harsh reality that we must come to face, day after day. The cold, hard truth that we are only as good as our last victory. That our words are empty, unless there is great success behind them. That we are nothing more than a collection of wins or losses, determining our value and worth.

    While this may sound as a degrading and rude description- it is our reality. Especially, for those of us who call ourselves men. The world will continue to treat us harshly, until we have something to show for it. Something to show for all our efforts and work which we put in. 

    Nobody cares about the journey that we go through. Nobody reaches out, and shows sympathy to a man who cannot win. They fill his head with empty words, pretending to be on their team and supporting them, all the while they disrespect you and continue on as if you are nothing more than a pain. 

    So how do we change that? How do we finally earn the respect we wish to achieve? Simple. We win. We do

 Whatever. Is. Necessary .

    to achieve our goals. We work harder than ever before. We reach for more than we have ever had. We accomplish all that we put our mind to. The limits of our success do not exist, except within our very own mind’s themselves. 

    Those who believe that they can accomplish something, tend to end up closer to their goals than those who believe they are not possible. Those who know that they can accomplish something? Those are the individuals who succeed the most. They make a conscious decision to achieve their desired outcome, no matter the cost. No matter the time. No matter the blood, sweat and tears. They are the ones who understand that their goals are already accomplished ahead of them- they must simply be willing to bleed in order to achieve. 

    There’s a great sense of relief, when a man finally realizes that they are responsible for everything. When they finally look in the mirror, and decide that they’ve had enough. Where they wake up, and no longer care about what’s going on in the outside world. Their favourite sports team got their ass kicked last night? Who cares. Their ex-girlfriend just got engaged on Instagram? Who cares. Their best friend from high school just had a baby boy? Congrats! Who cares.

    If a man is looking to succeed in today’s world, they must be willing to sacrifice. They must willing to ignore all the outside noise, in order to lean into the pain. The pain of long days, filled with struggle. The pain of discipline, working non-stop 24/7. The pain of sleepless nights, as they lie awake trying to find a way to increase their productivity. The pain of constantly pushing themselves, further and further, as they strive towards the desired goal.

    The secret to pain is accepting it. Understanding that the pain is simply in your mind, and by opening up and allowing it to devour you, you can overcome it. By understanding that the wave of pain which you are currently experiencing, is exactly that- a wave. To allow the wave to roll over, and simply consume you, before releasing it. To take the energy which is being thrown your way, and molding it into something else. To build your own world, your own vision, using the very energy which has been granted to you from the Universe itself.

    We as men must be builders. We must build the lives we wish to lead. Build the families we wish to raise. Build the relationships we wish to keep. Only by building our own lives, are we truly free from the world around us. Only by working, day-by-day, brick-by-brick, do we have the ability to create something greater than ourselves. Once the work has begun, there is no stopping us. Once we have finally accepted the truth of pain, we become unconquerable.

    Lean into it. Whatever it is you are struggling with. Lean into it. Allow it to consume you. Open yourself up, and feel it as deep as your mind can go. Allow it to destroy you. Allow it to fully completely devour your thoughts. And then, finally, once the dark night is over- rise above it. Like a phoenix born again from the ashes, so will your soul.

Rise above it. Become the man you wish to be.
