The Climb 🗻
I think I found my sound.
One can never be certain. However this time, I feel like the possibilities are endless. I feel like the pieces are slowly aligning into their slots.
Perhaps God holds us back and makes us wait until the road ahead is clear. He wants to make sure that we learn our lessons at rock bottom, before we head to the top. The climb is treacherous, no doubt about it. Yet step by step, with faith in the process, we continue to climb. The mountain slowly becomes conquerable, as the hand of God continues to push us up with every single step.
Still a ton of work to be done, no doubt about it. Don’t plan the parade just yet. In fact, there is still so much work to be done, that I should be working right now as we speak. However, as mentioned- the path has revealed itself. The direction in which I am meant to walk, has appeared right before my eyes.
It’s been a long journey, I won’t lie to you. I’ve been broken, beat and scarred like never before. The journey itself almost claimed me, over a year ago. Yet here I stand, stronger than ever. With more knowledge and experience than ever before. The power of God has guided me all along the way, and I am grateful. I understand now what I must do, and how I must continue forward regardless of what obstacles lie ahead.
The most difficult part of the entire journey is probably the unknown which lies ahead. The fear of moving forward, in the complete shadows, not sure where you’ll come out. Yet regardless, we must not fear, for fear is the mind killer. Fear is the little tiny deaths which bring forth obliteration. We do not fear.
Looking back one day, everything will make sense. The blood, the battles- everything. The point of faith is to walk into the unknown, knowing that you will emerge from the other side. The thought that the journey will lead you to wherever it is you are meant to be. The path becomes the goal. There is no mountain. There is no flag, high above the peak which you cross and celebrate. You simply find the path, and you embrace the challenges. You embrace the work, the journey, the step-by-step. At the end of life, I don’t believe life will be about looking back and smiling that you’ve climbed a mountain. I believe, that you will look back and smile at all the steps you took which brought you so far from your original path.
We all begin on the chessboard, like pawns, waiting to be moved. It is from our journey across treacherous waters and ground, which we finally become the king we are meant to be. Except, there is no king. There is no crown. We simply become the individual we are meant to be.
If we are nothing more than the crown we wear, then we do not deserve to wear it.
The truth lies deep within that last line.
Overall, I see the journey as something glorious. Something, which you have to learn to love in order to fully appreciate what is at hand. Nobody is capable of walking the path for you- you must put each foot in front of the other, with complete faith. The hand of God will guide you, thru valleys and mountain sides. Life is not meant to be some sort of complex, confusing process. We humans create that all by ourselves. When you truly tune into the Universe, you realize that we have all been born with a purpose within. We have been sent here, to overcome our suffering, to lead a purposeful life.
The journey is about understanding what it is you are looking for. To tune into your frequency, and ask the Universe to show you what it is that you want. Once tapped in, the real work begins. The ability to move forward and create. To use the resources at hand, and build something special. We all have been tasked with the knowledge and strength to make a difference in this world, before we exit and emerge on the other side of it. Think of it as a tunnel. You enter the tunnel, alone and afraid. You fear what lies ahead, as you try to understand where you currently are walking. At some point, after years and years of walking the tunnel, you realize- nothing you seek lies behind you. The only path left is ahead. That is when the magic starts. That is when the real journey begins to emerge and reveal itself to you. The path becomes clearer, as you trek your way towards the inevitable opening at the end.
While walking the tunnel, we are all faced with forces which wish to distract us from our path. We are force-fed noise and information, meant to deviate us and pull us from the journey we are meant to walk. This is the plan of all those who are lost in the tunnel, doing their best to drag us down with them. Misery loves company. Yet we must find a way to block out the noise. Better yet, let it flow thru us. To observe it, not to absorb it. We must allow it to simply pass thru, as we stay laser focused on what it is we are meant to do. The path then becomes something simple and peaceful to walk on, as we continue pulling ourselves towards what is meant to be.
Tho we walk thru the valley of the shadow if death, we fear no evil- for thou art with us. God’s will, God’s plan. Our mission is continue walking, step by step. Leave the direction up to God Himself.
Glory Be,
Amen.
