Accelerate ⏩

 The Battle Continues.

    Everyday is a new chance to conquer the old. To achieve what has never been done, in order to move closer towards the things you’ve always wanted. Towards the life you’ve always dreamt of. It is crucial to continue to move forward, every single day.

    The goalposts keep on moving. That much is certain. Where you can see the finish line, the finish line no longer resides. However, there is good news. The good news is, the goalpost are not the final destination. The journey is what it is all about. 

    One day, I hope to look back and smile at all that was accomplished. To rest my head, knowing that I can finally relax and fade on to the next life. Whatever that may be.

    I often feel like no matter what is being accomplished, it is never enough. I must find a way to create a system, where I can achieve even more with the limited time I have remaining. The clock has been ticking for sometime now, and the eve of chaos has never been closer. I must learn to be able to double down, and create systems which will allow me to accelerate and achieve exactly what it is I am looking to become. The process of better understanding the steps necessary, in order to better move forward with confidence. The overall goals do not change, the vision remains the same. However, the steps in which we must take must be always evolving, in order to keep up to the process which we so desperately seek.

    Time will continue to advance, with our without us. The reality is, time waits for no man. No woman. There is no care in the world for a force such as time. The clock continues to tick life away, regardless of anything we say or do to slow it. 

    Sometimes I remember that the life we all seek is simply 6 months away from where we currently are now. 6 mere months, which require us to go all in and become intentional in everything we do. The ability to dive, head-first, into our passions, and work like a dog while we pull them closer to ourselves. The ability to attract the desired outcome, as we continue to push forward. That is the reality of it. We want it, because we already have it somewhere up ahead. It is our job, our duty, to pull it closer to our present self. 

    Accelerating towards our goals will likely result in failure. In fact, it will likely result in multiple failures, over and over again. Yet regardless, we must move forward towards them. We must take strides, leaps of faith, in search of what is truly meant to be. That is what living is called. That is what moving in the unknown, walking the unseen path, requires. We must be willing to accelerate onto the road which has been laid out for us. I believe that tunnel vision, while moving forward, is the most effective way at achieving said goals. 

    Moving forward, understanding that the life we dream of is so close to our grasp. So close, to becoming a reality. All we must truly do is continue to strive, while attempting to reach something just out of sight. The ability to disregard all other noises, as we stretch for what is meant to be ours. The future is waiting, and we must be willing to receive it. We must be willing to lay it all out on the line, in search of a better tomorrow. I believe that it will come to those who put their head down, and work for it the hardest. For those, who empty the tank day-in and day-out, as they attempt to do something which they have never done before. 

    Everything is possible. It boils down to whether or not we believe it can be done. In fact, it is our belief which makes it possible in the first place. We must strive to create the world in which we envision, inside our heads. We must understand that the visions we hold dear, within our mind, are simply trails which have been placed for us to follow. For us to strive towards, as a sort of compass or guide. The mind’s eye is the most powerful weapon in all of the Universe. Powerful enough, to change the very course of time itself. It is up to us to tap into that weapon, and to use it for the greater good of not only ourselves, but those around us as well.

    Teachers often say that they do not work their jobs for the salary. They do so because they wish to help change the life of a single student. Often enough, they are content with their job of being able to affect a single individual. That gift itself, makes all that they do worth it. Life is very much the same way. Life is about touching those around us, and leaving them in a better place than where they were when we met them. Life is about being able to connect with an individual, and plant a seed which they would perhaps not of planted themself.

    Working towards your goals should help you achieve what is necessary to help others. To help your children, achieve the same thing. To help your neighbour, as he goes thru challenging times. To help your cousin, as they raise two kids. To help your aging aunts, who are alone and vulnerable. To help your uncle, who has lost his wife. The ability to reach out and affect the lives of people all across the world- both those close to you and those you have yet to meet- is the truth gift. The true purpose. The true meaning of life.

The goal of an Artist is to make you open your eyes to what can be.
