Oh, Canada πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦

 We’re definitely in a recession.

It’s finally coming to light, clear as day. Here, in the West- it’s recession-o’clock.

Things are just out of control. And to be honest, I don’t see how they’re going to come back down. I suppose I’m a debbie-downer, always ragging about how bad things are, but this is something I simply do not understand. Which makes sense. I hated Economics. I found it to be such a waste of time. Backwards-ass psychology, trying to predict the future using some bullshit methodology, expanding on X & Y. Just not my thing, if I’m being honest.

Looking around for a place to live is insane. How any individual is expected to fork out 2-3k a month simply for a place to sleep, is bananas. Not only that, but the fact that you never get to be at home in the first place, because you need to work 12-hour shifts just to afford it. Insanity. Then there’s food. Don’t even get me started on that one. At this point, how the average individual affords anything above the dollar menu at McDonald’s is mind-boggling.

The facts are simple- we’re in a recession. Worse yet, I believe we’re in a transition. There’s no scenario where things come back down. The government is spending completely and utterly irresponsible, and out of control. They are doing everything in their power to drive us to the brink of extermination. Then, once everything is in the gutter, and they’ve destroyed all they call while simultaneously raking in as much money to their off-shore bank accounts- they’ll introduce socialism.

Canada’s plan, for years now under the current government, has been to slowly transition this country to become a socialist state. Socialism, followed by communism. There’s a reason why China has been caught funnelling money to our politicians in broad daylight. The reality is, we are following their footsteps. We, as Canadians, are going to become the next CCP. Communist Canadian Party. Insanity.

One of the worst feelings is being completely powerless against the corruption. Half the population simply seems to not care, as they burry their heads into their phones, scrolling away at Tik Tok or Instagram. The other half is simply willing to roll over and accept whatever it is the government has planned for them. I’ve said it before but I’ll say it again- we are weak. Pathetic. Absolute shells of ourselves as human beings. By now, most countries would have stormed the capital and hung their leaders. Heck, half of the history of France is literally just the people revolting, over and over again. Yet here we stand, on the brink of destruction- with nobody batting an eye.

Everyday, I spend an ungodly amount of time pondering over the future. I suppose that’s where anxiety comes from, eh? Regardless, the future is bleak. The outlook of this country is one of death, starvation and chaos. Not an ideal recipe for prosperity, to say the least. I debate endlessly, on escaping while I still have the chance- or remaining to fight for my family. The back and forth is draining, never truly allowing me to commit. Selfishly, I wish to run away. I wish to escape, to burry my head in the sand, and live out my days elsewhere in the world- away from all this insanity. Yet deep down, I do not know if that is possible. I do not know if I would be able to live with myself. Leaving behind my family, to suffer the consequences. Either way- difficult choices remain ahead.

Free speech is one of the most important tools left to the people. We the people must find the courage and strength to stand up, and speak out against the unjust and corrupt politicians who are slowing ruining our country. Slowly, chipping away at the very ideals and social contracts which have built this country to be the beautiful place which it is. And so far, they have succeeded. They have implemented two-tier laws, which apply to those who are born here, and those who have newly arrived today. The inequality is alarming, and clearly points towards an agenda being implemented in hopes of flipping this country upside down.

A police-state would make the most sense for the politicians in charge. The ability to censor and mute anything and anyone who stands up and speaks out against them. The ability to handcuff and imprison those who do not shut up and fall in line. Luckily, that is exactly what Bill C-63 is attempting to accomplish. The ability to imprison and fine those who speak out against it. The power to literally turn on your own citizens, all the while not even requiring them to the idea of innocence. Dark, dark days loom, here in Canada.

Regardless of who takes the throne in parliament, we as a nation are headed down a one-way street. There is no turning back from the direction we currently find ourselves in. Waking up is finally realizing that the individual who leads the country is nothing more than a puppet with a pretty face. Whether it be X, Y or Z- we are in danger. Nobody is going to come and save us from ourselves. Nobody is going to run to our aid, and save us like a damsel in distress. The reality of the situation is, we are all alone.

The solution only stems from the people. The very individuals, who live within this country, must stand up and unite. They must fall under one flag, and put their differences aside for the betterment of the entire nation. Because if we don’t- there won’t be a nation left to save.

        May God Have Mercy,

                    Amen.
